Playing in Paris
We all went over to Paris on Eurostar to meet up with Uncle Jon, Auntie Lotta and Cousin Oscar, who were passing through on their way back home. Catriona became an expert at spotting the Eiffel Tower, and we even got to go up to the top.
We didn't have much time together with the Hong Kong Georges, but we enjoyed dinner at a jazz cafe and really nice picnic on the banks of the Seine. It was the first time all of the cousins were together.

Pasta Pasta Pasta
When we moved to Brazil, we decided to leave our pasta machine behind, which gave Daddy great saudades for homemade raviolis and noodles. So, as soon as we had our shipment back and our kitchen put together, we had our first-ever family pasta-making evening.
We made three different types of raviolis - with ricotta and spinach, butternut squash, nutmeg and walnuts, and the squash filling with the addition of sun-dried tomatoes. We also made a lot of fettucine, which, as you can see, Catriona thoroughly enjoyed!
